I have been having this buzzing feeling in my chest for the past month. It feels like a very mild vibration. It comes periodically and last only for a few seconds. There is no pain whatsoever involved with it. It is just in a small spot. Has anyone else experienced this or heard of it can anyone tell me what is going on.

I have been having this sensation for months now. Happens at no particular time and I have no other symptoms like pain, breathlessness or dizzyness. Like yours it only lasts a few seconds. Weird but don't think it can be anything serious.

Had this problem for a couple of years, no explanation for it. I joke with my wife that they are giving me the call, because I am past my sell-by date. Don't worry about it

I have this all the time. Its a slightly trapped nerve in my neck. Feels like a strange buzzing/tingling just for a second or two. I sometimes get going down my arm a little bit too. If it is that, its nothing to worry about unless you get any numbness or weakness in the upper chest/shoulder which might mean the nerve is getting more trapped.
