Has anyone with FH seen any (long term) improvement of their lipids following a LCHF diet?

Just wondering. I know there is a whole movement around saying sugar is bad, and fats are actually good for us. But those studies (and opinions) are based on 'normal' people, not those of us with a genetic inability to clear excess cholesterol out of our system. So I wondered if anyone has improved their blood numbers following such a diet?

Thanks in advance!

FH means you have fewer LDL receptors than normal people, but that doesn't mean dietary and lifestyle measures don't work to lower cholesterol. I found my cholesterol dropped 10% by simply losing 8 kg. So all the usually dietary advice works for people with FH as well.
