Has anyone's significant other left them due to their appearance changing quite a lot due to a medical condition or accident?

I'm growing deeply worried that this will happen to me, and it'd be nice to hear any positive stories about this rather than negative.

Fortunately my boyfriend has been amazing since I had my nose bit off by a dog. He has supported me all the way through all the surgeries. He said he doesn’t notice all the scars. 👍🏻

That's really lovely to hear, I'm afraid mine will be so visibly different it won't be unnoticeable.

It's good to hear your boyfriend is by your side, and I hope your doing okay yourself.

I hope your partner sees and supports you regardless of what changes visibly.
