Hello Razzio, I'm sorry to hear that you're so depressed about your appearance and only able to leave the house for a walk in the morning when it's quiet. It must be quite hard for you that you feel you're not getting the help you need from the mental health services. I recall from your last post that you mentioned that you have OCD and I wonder if the following information on the condition might be of help? It also contains information about other related disorders which may or may not resonate with you. Check it out at mind.org.uk/information-sup...

Take care.

Hello Razzio. I'm so sorry that you're feeling so depressed at the minute. I just want you to know that you are definitely not alone. I'm sure a lot of the people in this community have felt the same way at some point in their life - I know I have.

Although it can be extremely difficult to think about any sort of positive future, you will get to one. You will get better. I believe that you are a very strong person so I know you can make it past this hard time. It might not be an instant improvement but things will improve bit by bit eventually. Until then I'd say, take care of yourself. Respect your feelings and treat yourself kindly.

I really hope you start feeling better soon. We're all here for you🙂

Hi Razzio. It's so sad to hear of your experiences and I can relate to your feelings of hiding away but please seek a second opinion from another doctor if you feel your GP isn't really mindful of how you feel. It must be impossible for other people to grasp even the slightest idea of what it's like for us to live with a visible difference so I wouldn't go with the first GP's response if you feel let down. A second opinion might have the same conclusion but at least you'll know the decision has been made with your best interests at heart. Why not ask your GP why he recommended no surgery first and then, if you're still unhappy with his answer, ask to see another doctor? I hope you find that things get easier to cope with. Blessings to you x
