Fave App

A lady was telling me about an app called Headspace which she uses to help her manage her anxiety. My new favourite is called Fabulous to help me develop new healthy habits such as exercise and staying hydrated while some green-fingered folk use one called GardenTags to access support with their gardening. Do you have a favourite app you would like to share about?

Mindbliss app for meditation πŸ’œ. It has different medication categories for anxiety, boosting engery, depression and loads more. I hardly pay for anything so that made me pay for it πŸ˜‚πŸ’ž

Another great app that I use constantly is Insight Timer. It has thousands of meditations, visualisations, courses and live events. It's free but you can pay extra if you want to go on the courses and workshops. I have used Headspace but I find Insight Timer much better. Highly recommended.
