Journals that helped me deal with my facial difference 💕 pt 2

I found this Mynd journal advertised on Instagram and I honestly believe it was fate! This journal not only has inspring quotes, a smart and fun way to make goals and a colouring and doole page to put your mind at ease (I especially colour things in when I begin to start to have a panic attack in public and this helps me calm down), but every page is an adventure and you feel happy when you set a goal and complete it!

I would 100% recommend buying this if you want to try something new and reach a goal (no matter how small or big) because it works wonders. This especially helps for a person with a facial difference because it makes you visualise the confident person you want to be and achieve any goal 😊 hut tbh? It's for everyone.
