Hi everyone! Hope all is well. I would like to know, where and how I can apply to have an access pass to become a volunteer( Carer) so I can visit, give my free time to any patients, residents, vulnerable people in hospitals, care homes and the community. I have been a Carer for 17 years and I really want to become a UK volunteer.

Hi Henessey1, I’d like to join with sassy59 in saying what a lovely idea this is. You will have a great insight into the role of Carer. One thing you might consider doing is to be an active responder to questions here in this community as all sorts of problems crop up for our Caring members.
But after that I think that sassy’s suggestion is a really good one and I know that Carers U.K. would be glad to hear from you.
Opportunities would be limited by the pandemic at the moment but I’m sure that before long they could suggest a role for you. Very best wishes!
