Hello everyone and welcome to Feel Good Friday. Thank you for all your previous comments. How has your week been? Perhaps something good happened, or maybe you have had a difficult week. Either way, positive, or not so positive, we would like you to share it with us. I have enjoyed spending some time with my little grandson. He is aged 7 months and is such good company. I love it when he smiles. I have found a lovely positive quote and hope you will like it too--
Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud" [Maya Angelou].
I hope you all have a lovely week and the weather improves for us all.
Take care and best wishes, MAS Nurse.

Hi Sassy59 and thank you for your reply. I hope Pete's visit to see the chiropractor was successful and he is feeling better. I am pleased you like the quote. Have a lovely weekend.
Thank you and best wishes
Hi MAS_Nurse,
An inspiring quote from Maya Angelou. I really appreciate her poetry, knowing how hard her early life was, and I always carry in my head her poem title, 'Still I rise', and also read it from time to time. It's exhilarating and relevant to so many situations besides slavery and racism, and I always think it's an anthem for all women.
I've been practising being satisfied with what I have, this week. My life's not that exciting but I really have nothing much to complain about. Contentment outweighs many of the trivial problems of life, but sometimes I do need to remind myself that life's far from bad.
And for you, what an absolute joy to be able to spend time with your baby grandson. Now that is a true, real blessing in life and, when you strip away all the noise, it's family and love that are the prime movers in our lives.
Sending best wishes to you and all of our Care Community members for a good Friday and a pleasant weekend to follow.
Hi Callendersgal and thank you for your reply. I also appreciate Maya Angelou's poetry. It is quite inspirational. I hope you all have a lovely weekend.
