Hello and welcome to feel good Friday.

How was your week? We would like to hear about your highlights and lows.

Maybe something good happened that you could share with us, maybe a good meeting with your doctor or simply a shared moment with your loved one?

Have you had a bad week, need some help? Don't be upset or despondent, share it with others.

We would like to share a tip with you, may be you could take a few moments to think of five positive things you have in spite of all the difficult things. Maybe you have a loved one, maybe you can look at a nice view, or maybe listen to some interesting programme on TV or radio, or maybe you have done a small achievement that was more difficult yesterday?

Today I enjoyed a lovely stroll in the frosty world, everything is so beautiful all white and fresh, and the house feels so welcoming coming out of the cold, just enjoy a few moments where you can.

It is good to hear about your walk too freezing spark, it is such a good thing to do in many ways. Did your very lovely dog come on the walk?
