It was lovely to see everyone again. It is a wonderful city and brought back memories of when I used to work there quite a few years ago. I hope you like the following quote I have chosen---

Felt so tired this morning but the sun has got his hat on so we walked the dog in our lovely park. Felt so much better. Amazing what a little sunshine can do.

Hi MAS_Nurse,

What a wonderful Friday it is here in the south. I hope everyone else is having similar weather. Not only is it dry and bright, but actually quite warm. The tree canopy which is right outside my apartment window is springing into leaf and the annual visit of two ring-neck doves for the season is underway with much billing and cooing. A cheeky magpie tried to see them off, so I'm delighted they stood fast and shooed him away.

I do very much like your inspirational quote from Swami Sivananda. Mindfulness and staying in the present moment not only makes for success but a great deal more peace of mind than if you allow your mind to wander where it will, because almost always, that ends in unnecessary worry over things that might not even come to pass.

Hello MAS_Nurse, a quiet week with not much happening but that’s nice sometimes.

A beautiful day on the South Coast and we had lunch out which was lovely. I like the quote too and will forward it to my daughter as she’s been a bit upset of late. Thank you for that.

I too love Bath as a City and planning to spend my next Birthday (a big one I am afraid!) at the Spa. We found people very friendly and there is a lovely atmosphere in the city. I love your quote. I try very hard to live by this sentiment. I hope you enjoy the move by sunshine we are having at the moment.
