What happens if you have no Carer or definitive diagnosis yet suspect because of Function - targetted out of employment 1996 when classic heart failure symptons ignored by witholding antibiotics prescribed by hospital .Even legally 4-5 DLA Appeal Tribunals who gave took away as felt like .I can't stand for more than 5min on mobility scooter & WAV so totally dependent on car as single solo classed as Vulnerable ?! Breathing- dysponea/PAH[ pre capillary ] has been ignored since MI still is even though had angioplasty to revive .Is it Microvascular so NHS disregard symptons using antiquated Testing to not address.Have I had a B - Strep one ?

I thought there was an NHS Constitution & Integrated /social services. There appears to be not for me ? Where is my Personal Budget , Continuing Care .Am I & many others being defrauded of it to balance the books.I saw this hasppen to Late Parents on a boundary with Mother with extremely severe MID[ Alzheimers] effecting Function & cognitive?!!And my Father with 2 cancers & weak heart valves was a pharmacist ??!!

That was before MI [ cardiac arrest 12 yrs ago & still am ignored & neglected even in Private Sector because a risk ,so have developed lipo-lymphoedema stage 2 as utis acute 3 weekly since spina bifida found in 1969 & appts for targetted antibiotics then not transferred deliberately. Then I am maligned & libelled on online system as protest via a Complaints system not fit for purpose .The online record says the spina bifida is of no consequence .Really I challenge that but not allowed a Fair Hearing let alone Integrated/Social services for which legally entitled?

So sorry, skybluepink. I've seen many of your other posts on Healthunlocked forums and it seems you permanently have quite a hard time in life. I can't say why it is that some people have such difficulties in life and it does seem unjust that some folk do have to struggle so hard.

I can't really help you with any of your problems, but am sending very best wishes to you and I hope that you manage to get some of them resolved, in time.

Skybluepink - your problems seem complex and judging by the lack of response to your post, it seems doubtful whether anyone can say anything of use. If you haven't already done so, perhaps make an appointment with the Citizens Advice Bureau. Hopefully you will get some resolution to your many problems.
