Hello everyone and welcome to Feel Good Friday. How has your week been? Please share any high spots or low ones. This is a very caring and supportive community and we would love to hear how you have all been this week. The lovely weather continues. Our orchestral concert was last Saturday and went very well. The air conditioning was good, so playing was fairly comfortable. Our next concert will be at Christmas. I have found an inspirational quote that I would like to share with you all---

Hi MAS-Nurse, Glad to hear that you enjoyed your orchestral concert (and you had A/C too; what a treat). I love your inspirational quote. It's so true. A smile smiled with warm, loving thoughts lifts a face and lights the eyes.

This week was our final Scottish Country Dance session until the autumn and we always celebrate it with fun, easy ceilidh dances and take food to share when we take a break. It was companionable and we've now dispersed off to our various holiday destinations, a break from school for those who work there, and for those of us who are retired and don't work at all, promises to meet up for coffee, until it's time to dance another reel or Strathspey.

Tuesday evening will be more restful for a few weeks, which might be as well if this hot weather continues!
