That doesn’t seem right at all Nichola and I hope everything turns out well after such a palava. Xxxxx
How frustrating for you! Is it worth having a chat with someone from the Citizens Advice Bureau? Can you take someone along as an advocate/representative to support you at the assessment? I do hope it can all get sorted out for you.
Take care,

Hi Nichola1971
That's so distressing for you. As you have no option but to go through it all again, do read the advice online advice given by Citizens' Advice Bureau on how best to prepare for your Assessment and what your rights are.
It's at:
citizensadvice.org.uk/benef...
Hard though this is to take, stay strong and keep going. The very best of luck.

Hi, I don'y know you age but I had to have an assessment for Attendance Allowance & that involed a walk test & loads of questions about what I could & couldn't do anymore. It's all a bit of a pain but it did come through eventually, but I've found I have to do an assessment each year in order to renew it or upgrade to a larger benefit.
Stick with it & good luck.
