We just call them posts in the UK, sorry. You wouldn't think there could be so many language differences would you! 😩 Due to the effects of my disabilities, I was dismissed from work this morning. I have an Occupational Health appointment next Monday where I am hoping they will agree with Ill Health Early Retirement. I have a 3 month notice period and will officially finish on the 28th December 2021, just after Christmas.

If I go on ill heath early retirement and get the best deal, it will mean I can't work again. I shall be 52 next Wednesday. I am too young to sit around and wither away but I have the body of ... Just feeling a little bit down today. Perhaps this could be an opportunity to travel a different path, I need to go and pray about it. It's out of my hands now but I know who is holding my life in His hands and always has been. ✝️🛐
I know what you mean about early retirement because of health issues. There are some other people that I had worked with had stopped because their health was not good at the time, too. The had done a new career idea for themselves and seem to enjoy it. Still not what they exactly wanted, but it's better than before for them, now.
