This September marks World Alzheimer’s Month and this year’s theme is 'Remember me' to highlight the importance of early detection and diagnosis of dementia.

As part of the campaign, World Alzheimer's Month have put together this graphic highlighting some of the early signs (Also on their website here: worldalzmonth.org/about-dem...
