I had my blood test done last day. The reports pointed that I have deficiency of vitamin D and vitamin B12 in my blood.
Can this be a reason for my tinnitus?

BTA say: "Although tinnitus severity improves in some people following vitamin B12 therapy, the results are not significant" - tinnitus.org.uk/tinnitus-an...
I have tinnitus due to hearing loss. Unrelated to my tinnitus, I improved my diet after a diabetes diagnosis last year, when I was also told I was B12 and D deficient. I take Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D supplements and it has made no improvement to my tinnitus.
My Vit d test was 'insufficient' not 'deficient' when I saw an ENT consultant for Vertigo. We should top up with Vit d for the winter months. I have taken Vit d for 6 months at present T is still the same. Sorry have no experience of taking B12
I take both B12 and Vitamin D supplements every day and neither have helped. I've asked for some more blood tests to check iron, Vitamin D and cholesterol and diabetes just the check as some people mentioned about having low iron and taking supplements and having IVs and it helping.
