Don't just accept what the doctor says

Years ago I was told I have asthma, though it made no sense to me that it suddenly came out of the blue for no reason, no allergies, a woman aged 60, breathlessness, coughing, never smoked and all the usual stuff, then bronchietis, sorry about my spelling! I was in and out of hospital every few weeks, each time there for a week, each time being given antibiotics and steroids, which caused far more harm than good. Then just about every asthma inhaler that had ever been invented over and over again with them ignoring that they did more harm than good and did no good. Weeks later I would be back to square one with it happening again. I was also having to keep neglecting my business/ which means no money coming in to pay the bills but still the expenses of the business going out, as well as normal household expenses. if I saw a consultant they would guess this and guess that and do yet another spirometer, all of which were identical and pointless, and all more days off of work unpaid to do it... I decided to take control and studied and researched, and eventually made a plan. I got myself some very good quality biotics and started to take them ten days ago. I can now lay down to sleep, I now have no asthma, phlegm and gunge and mucus in my throat. I am also visiting a Chinese acupuncturist for that. And do lung exercises, sing, breath in deeply etc every day, they need exercise too. My health is important to me, quality of life is important, being able to earn a living is important, so this comes first. I would much rather spend on this than on a holiday or other luxuries that are here today and gone tomorrow. I have a lovely partner, he helped me with this, but many partners would have left ages ago.
