is it good to eat more salt to your diet if you have fatty liver but low blood pressure?

Hi Jupsy!
With a fatty liver, I would avoid salty foods and to reduce salt intake.
If you have any questions about your diet, you may want to talk to your GP, and you can ask to be referred to a dietitian for some personal advice.
