Just had a quotation for my upcoming colonoscopy and gastroscopy. It's a mouth watering £3, 841.00. And as I mentioned still unwell. No job, no friends nothing. I'm not sure how much more I can take. I've had enough.

As you are constantly being told this is not your liver - have you asked IF is ISN'T my liver then WHAT IS IT causing all my symptoms. They should be investigating you thoroughly to get to the bottom of what it is if it isn't liver related.
Hello
I Never post here but read all the time but I really felt and wanted to encourage you. Please don't give. Nothing is forever. There seems to be forums that you can join on here that may help and maybe there are support groups near where you live. From a stranger I wanted you to know that I am thinking of you and care about your well being. I know it's only words I've got but keep being brave and try to get this on the NHS from your GP.

Many UK GP surgeries now have access to social prescribing link workers, they offer a free service which may be of interest to you. Link workers listen to people and try to understand their situation, and find out what matters to them. Social prescribing can help individuals to overcome any problems that may be difficult to manage on their own, their aim is to help the individuals they work with to improve their health, wellbeing, and quality of life.
