Cirrhosis and COPD

Hi Everyone.......I hope you are all travelling well. I am due to see a liver specialist and a respiratory specialist in about 4 weeks [I was meant to see them in February, but my anxiety went through the roof as I had a relapse with the wine and cigarettes, and I absolutely hate myself for it.] I was just wondering if anyone else has both of these conditions, and if any medication is not allowed because it might negatively effect one of these conditions. I'm really worried that I might need some medication for my COPD, for example, but my Cirrhosis will prevent me from taking this? I know that you lovely people cannot offer medical advice, but I would love to hear from people with shared, or similar experiences? Thank you so much. Shelley.
