High alt and alp

[Kimdoc47]

I had abnormal blood liver results alt 68 and Alp 184. It was just these two that came back abnormal.I'm panicking and thinking the worst. The DR I saw yesterday said he will lots of of tests and mentions it could be gallstones allow my bilamin wasn't raised so I'm thinking it's unlikely.

I am petrified it's cancer.

I'm not overweight and chlorestorol is only borderline high

Any advice greatly appreciated
