A glimmer of hope

I came onto this platform over 7 years ago, just logged in.

Since I last posted I have had ups and downs, I've had over 5 detoxes, and have still been drinking however I have finally decided enough is enough so I'm now in the process of going into rehab for 6 months.

There is hope at the end just take the leap of faith to stop drinking

My liver has been okay at times at others no with fatty liver

After over 10 years of giving up I clung to 5 words that got me through.

"I don't do that anymore"
