I have spoken to my liver nurse who said I am on the cusp of liver cirrhosis, does then mean I have liver cirrhosis or still have fatty liver?

On the cusp of means you are on the border line for developing cirrhosis rather than fully there yet. What tests have you had done for the nurse to draw this conclusion?
I note you've been making lifestyle changes so hopefully you can turn this around.

Yup sounds like golden opportunity to not develop Cirrhosis, good luck with that.
Words like ‘on the cusp’ is frightening, but should also encourage you in that you’re now in control of your health, stay away from the booze, eat healthy and keep fit and your liver damage should regress and heal if not fully 100%, certainly enough to make sure cirrhosis will never be a thing for you. I wish you well and I’m sure you can achieve a state of liver remoddling going forward. I’ve been fortunate to have done so myself from the medical reports’ words of ‘likely decompensated cirrhosis’ to now ‘moderate fibrosis’, although I’m certain I do have scarring, which is what fibrosis is. I’m happy with the knowledge that my liver is now functioning like it should and more importantly needs to which after the kicking I gave it with booze and a really poor diet and lack of real exercise, I’m forever grateful for. Good luck and take care.
