There are no supplements clinically proven to support liver function.

The best things you can do are the simple things; go to your appointments, eat well, gentle exercise, avoid alcohol.

Hi, check out the liver trust website under supplements and vitamins. The best thing you can do for your liver is to eat a healthy well balanced diet and drink coffee ( that's also mentioned on their web site) But if you want to take anything extra best to check with your medical team. Don't forget to exercise and abstinence too. Wish you well

I wish I liked coffee. I never have. Maybe I wouldn't have developed Nash cirrhosis if I had been drinking coffee all my life.

As well as a good diet, drinks are important too to flush out the liver. Recommended are water, coffee, green tea, tomato juice. Watermelon is good to eat too. I also drink water with freshly squeezed lemon or orange juice.
