I have attended a few of the BLT online support groups which are fantastic - just not enough!!

Are there any groups who meet up/talk that anyone is aware of: for “thank god it’s not just me” mutual support for what can be an isolating condition. (I have ARLD).

Many thanks and best wishes to you all x

I don’t have ARLD but my husband does I attend groups the carers with the British Liver Trust I’m not aware of any other groups of forums the British Liver Trust ones are really good. I know they do carers ones for carers perhaps more details. I do hear there is someone on Facebook but I don’t use that. Good luck with what you’re looking for supportive so important.
