Local support groups/ meet ups

Can I ask if there are any set up in the Beds/Herts/Bucks area?

We live in Bedfordshire.

I'm hoping there might be some people of a similar age to my son (19), living in the area, that he can meet with and for us as his parents too.

If there isnt, I'd be happy to set something up in the area

Hello Michele, there is a list of support groups over on the British Liver trust's website, but these I think you'll find are out of date and some are confusing: britishlivertrust.org.uk/in...

I'm not sure if there is a support group covering the Bedfordshire area, so why not start up your own? (I think there should be as I used to live in Bedfordshire and went to school in Northill as a child).

If you would prefer a face to face group we are not able to do that at the moment. But we are at the very beginnings of developing a volunteer run programme of support groups. If you are interested in helping with this in Bedfordshire please contact our Volunteer Coordinator on [e-mail]

I will do this as already volunteer in my community and very willing to volunteer for this
