Posted about the camera down the throat thing and how freaked out I am about it. Thank you so much for all your support has made a huge difference and I am going to book it on Monday. Your are some team to have on side ♥️

Hello I’m late to this but just want to add to this! Beyond a bit of uncomfortableness I was completely fine!!

Re having an endoscopy, you can have anaesthesia and sleep off the effects in a side ward. I opt to have an anaesthetic spray in throat and grin and bear it, the procedure lasts several minutes. I do gag a little whilst camera on tubing enters throat on way to stomach but the procedure only lasts several minutes and the team are caring and helpful. I prefer this method, as I know what to expect and it gets easier to deal with. Good luck.
