Stage 4 fibrosis

Can stage 4 Firbroisi diagnoses be wrong ? Ultrasound shows smooth liver but fatty liver got diagnosed with N.A.F.L.D then had bloods done all came back normal . The fibroscan shoes 19.5 apk 350 cap now Been told that stage 4 fibrosis I'm so scared only 33 I don't drink or smoke

19.5 kpa is high but that can come down mine was 16.9 kpa and I had liver failure but it’s now 9.3 kpa I was the same I was worrying and googling everything you are young and the kpa goes to 75,I’ve seen people on here have a kpa reading of 75kpa and come back down to in the 20s I wouldn’t worry to much as people can live for years with stage 4 cirrhosis I hope this helps you that it can get better.
