Yellow skin under the arms

Have any of you had yellow armpit skin due to liver problems? They look like bruises. Plus pinching, stinging. At the beginning, for several months, the stinging pain was in the right side, typically from the liver. Now it's gone too, but less on the left armpit.

I take care of my hygiene, shower twice a day, use antibacterial soap, deodorant.
