so scared again

I did my usual ultrasound which was the same as I’ve pretty posted . My bloods are good . The consultant again said I might not live long still . I’m active a healthy weight yes I’ve had too much alcohol in the past and am sorry for that. I feel like what’s the point and may aswell go sooner so it makes my loved ones feel better and get over me sooner .

Hello, I'm sorry you are feeling so down. Your consultant should not be speaking to you like this, can you change consultant? Take someone with you when you go? No one can predict /say how long you'll live especially If you follow a healthy diet and exercise aswell as removing the cause. My husband said much the same as you about dying it was because he was scared of the future. It's such a big diagnosis, scary and hard to get your head around. He spoke to his GP about it and got some help. If you have a good gp go and see them and mention how your consultant made you feel aswell. You say your bloods are OK so keep doing what you are and keep off the alcohol. Hugs
