I’ve got a bit of a complicated one and wondering if anyone has had similar. Since my transplant in March 2022 I’ve had I’d say 99% loose stalls - diarrhoea.
I’ve had numerous scans showing no IBS or IBD but I do have diverticulitis.
during the early stages of my recovery it was thought it could be the medication causing it, or various bugs due to low immune system, now I’ve been able to stop a lot of the early tablets I was on, I’ve still got the same problem. I’m lucky enough to be back working, but as I’m at different jobs throughout the day, the worry of finding a toilet is always there !
The tacrolimus I currently take is Advagraph 4mg
If anyone has had this or knows of someone who has, is there any tips of how I can try a manage it, or what their end outcome was.
Thank you.

I had similar issues to you and it was due to the brand of mycophenolate that I was taking. The consultant changed the brand and I have been fine ever since. I hope you get this sorted soon. Best wishes
I'm on Sandoz Adoport and the main thing I seem to have a problem with is the opposite, I have to drink a lot of water and be careful what food I eat or I stack up with horrible constipation, also have to take lactulose 4 times per day to keep me regular.
Still on 20 tablets per day, folic, mycophenolate, Adoport, Ferrous sulfate, D3, Amlodipine, Lansaprazole, Metaformin and Gliclazide.
The immune suppression is a right pain, have to be so cautious to avoid other people's germs, colds and flu.
