bilirubin tested again

hey so I'm 30 female; I had some lft done and my bilirubin came back at 23 u/mol, i had it retested and it showed 32 u/mol and direct 10u/mol, I have had it redone this week and it's gone down to 21u/mol and direct 8u/mol.

the thing I'm concerned about is the dr has said it's Gilbert's but my direct is high which I've read is not associated with Gilbert's and more so with blockages? I'm not sure if I should be happy or more worried... if it was something serious would my numbers be going down at all? I have normal amylase and liver function, also had full blood count and Celiac screening all of which is normal. I'm worried it might be pancreatic cancer as I do get upper back pain but my dr thinks that's completely unrelated as I had a clear ultrasound scan which showed the pancreas as healthy! Any advice would be so welcome xx
