after I gave birth it was 600GGT, then I stop šŸ‘šŸ˜˜supplement become 300. Stop oily food and fried food with zero salt and sauce become 150 (to the extend I wash all food with water before eating even when outside of house), with further perseverance of frequent eating of SWEET POTATO, AVOCADO, BROCCOLI, BEETROOT JUICE, it reduces to 50 after 12 months! I did exercise too! Itā€™s all about PERSEVERANCE!! ALSO I drank MAX 2 shots of coffee per day, and plenty of water! I started taking LEMON WATER (no need mix w honey as honey should not mix with hot water), and I took manuka honey moderately. ITS NOW 29 GGT!!BELIEVE AND TAKE ACTIONS BEFORE ITS TOO LATE. I WISH EVERYONE GOOD LUCK. My youngest brother follow my diet and his GGT also drop from 300 to 45 after 9months!!!! Now I take care of my liver. Once in a while fried food waffle but I drink tea after that. Pls also SLEEP EARLY AS IT HELPS . Apply this : FAITH, DETERMINATION, FOCUS, CONSISTENCY, PATIENCE.

Way to go!Unwittingly i got my liver and kidneys into better condition when i had to change what i eas eating. Really cutting down oil and salt are key. I eat my meals mostly steamed, zero frying. Hydrating well, getting enough sleep, cutting down stress are also musts.

Best wishes on your journey!
