I am writing this post as a update re my son.Yesterday he had a massive bleed, was confused, very weak and he also had a seizure.
The ambulance was here in five minutes. He is now in intensive care after loosing more amounts of blood from both ends thru the night. They took him to theatre and found the bleed and have tied it off. They are keeping him asleep and treating him for encephalitis, they have given him a lot of blood and proteins, keeping his fluids up..
Take care all.
A very worried mom.. π»

Thinking of you, if itβs any consolation my husband went through similar, they kept him sedated giving his body chance to recover, they woke him gradually over a few days.
He was in hospital for 3 1/2 weeks and in icu for 10 days.
Fingers crossed for you all. Stay strong and take care of yourself too, heβs in good hands x
Saying a prayer for your son and your good self, and they will continue over Easter and beyond. Take care of yourself, it's obviously all you can think about and must have been very distressing, my prayers are also directed at the ambulance crew who arrived so quickly and the doctors and nurses who are I I'm sure, doing the very best they possibly can.
