inclisiran I have been offered this injection but my liver is extremely fatty as seen in FibroScan but no fibrosis (3 years ago). Does anyone know if this can increase fat in liver - I have been told different things by different doctors/lipid consultant . Fat want to have it if it is going to mess liver up further. It is non alcoholic fatty liver (diagnosed twenty years ago)
