can You have inflammation in liver and all your blood levels be normal?
inflammation question : can You have... - British Liver Trust
inflammation question
Unlikely since an inflamed liver will be showing signs that it isn't happy so you'd expect some elevation of some of the enzymes which are considered inflammation markers such ALT, GGT, AST, ALP.
would a alt level 7 numbers over upper limit be inflammation. If the upper limit was 50 and reading 57.
A rise that low wouldn't ring any alarm bells whatsoever. ALT rises and falls all day every day, it can rise in response to exercise and even when your body is fighting even the most minor of infections.
Doctors would only be concerned about an elevation 3 to 4 times the upper limit of normal - into the 100's or potentially even 1000's.

also does liver disease fibrosis or steatosis have some elevated blood levels?
I don't quite get why you are still questioning all this stuff From reading back your other threads you've got a diagnosis of fatty liver with some mild changes to liver texture, bloods are going the right way, you've lost weight and made some healthy life style changes which doctors have said keep doing as this is the best way to stop damage and reverse that done.
If your liver is on the mend then it's going to be doing all its jobs and not showing signs of distress so hopefully bloods should return to normal.
