just had been diagnosed with Cirrhosis after very high fibroscan results I was told by letter and I won’t be seeing liver specialist until January I have no idea what stage it is at or anything is this normal to be told and then have to wait so long ?

Not everyone gets told their stage, it depends on symptoms present and i've just detailed that in a reply to you on your post on another thread.

I note in that you said your cirrhosis was secondary to Non Alcohol related Steato Hepatitis (NASH). The BLT has useful guidance about NAFLD and NASH including a good booklet on treating NAFLD with a healthy diet and exercise.

yes and Thankyou again for your answers they really are very helpful I have lost a fair bit of weight and Iam no in the normal weight range My diet is very healthy now but I still like my carbs however I have cut right back and only ever have brown rice pasta and bread
