i did put weight on due to covid and giving up smoking few months before covid, am back to pre non smoking weight but would like to lose a little bit more. For years i always felt if husband put his arm across stomach it was achy wondering if start of fatty liver?
i do also get like heat radiating from myself, mainly back area put it down to menopausal but, last period was like 6 yrs ago snusure if related to gallstones or liver
liver blood tests over the years have been ok apart for ggt, always over the range by less than double, cholesterol came back high the last time they got checked
