Joke-ish question but I am fed up with having somebody stab my feet with a screwdriver in the night which either wakes me up or stops me sleeping. I know it is peripheral neuropathy and treatment is limited/non-existent. Has anyone any success with therapies, treatments that can help this?

Your post made me laugh. Joking aside I am having trouble with my left foot underneath. I experienced the same problem 8 years ago and the GP diagnosed Planta facitis, I researched on the Nhs website and I started rolling my foot on an empty jam jar and believe it or not it worked. So I’m now back to jam jar rolling lol
I had suffered with this in the past but purchased plantar fasciitis insoles from Amazon and all my footwear have arch supports ( Vionic or any Orthopaedic brands) never had it again … and the shoe styles are very modern 😉
Oh my goodness the driller killer visits me too in the night!!! When I asked they said it was dehydration and to drink more water. No idea if i was being fobbed off.
Look into thiamine. Allithiamine to be exact., (TTFD)... And B12. Both would be higher doses. Absolutely helped me with my hands. Hope you find something to help
