Morning. We'll after a few weeks of coming to terms with Stage 4 Fibrosis (compensated) at last a bit of good news as far as my T2 Diabetes is concerned. I have lost a total of 32 lbs in weight and my reading is now 39!! It was 114 when I was initially diagnosed 2 years ago. I am due another FibroScan in December and hopefully there will be some improvement there too. My last reading was 36.6 so I know that is so high but I wonder if anyone here has managed to improve their score as high as mine. Ive stopped Google as it nearly caused me to break down with the very dark prognosis I was reading about. I suppose I'm looking for a good hope story from someone in my position. And I have bought at exercise bike as I'm determined to be here for a long time. Thanks in advance of any good news stories.

Well I'd say you have the right mental attitude so there's no reason you can't pull this around. Good luck
You sure have real determination and well done to you. Keep up your excellent work and enjoy your life. Stay positive which I am confident you will. Tremendous. Take good care.
Well done Robert! Keep up the good work. What have you been doing to achieve such good results?
