1. Please see some doctor if you have some doubts about your health.

2. Please do not post a picture in order to try to diagnose yourself. It will not help and it is not allowed.

3. According to your description you might have Gilbert's Syndrome but this can only be ruled out/confirmed by doctors.

Interestingly, fasting may be one of the provoking factors for the appearance of clinical symptoms of Gilbert's syndrome. But you're right, it's up to the doctor to interpret it.

When you say fasting, do you mean you have eaten nothing for several days?

Yes , 4 days

Why? This is wholly unhealthy. You certainly need to see your GP and eat properly. No one here can diagnose you from your photo, which should not have been posted as it's against forum rules. But you need to get an appointment with your doctor urgently.

No one here is medically trained so it is imperative that you see your GP. You are clearly not fine and you doc can run blood tests to find out what's going on. But don't worry about what it may or may not be. Just find out and whatever is wrong can be treated. Good luck let us know how you get on

Stop starving yourself, you say you are “perfectly fine “ but “ fasting “ for days is not fine it’s extremely dangerous. You need to see a doctor about your diet.

How do you know you don't have a liver condition? If you don't, am unsure what brought you here? Food is VERY important with most liver conditions as the liver is the main organ where we store energy and if functioning poorly we can only use what we eat as we have no reserves. If we don't eat well, the body starts using muscle to power itself. This is not a good path. Get help

Lack of B12 can give you yellow eyes, kind of a milder case of jaundice, if you take ppi's or antacids, zantac, alcohol etc.. thus can interrupt uptake of B12 from food..

Google "Intrinsic Factor" and B12

B12 mainly comes from food, so not eating does not help anyone.

Hope things improve for you
