Severe pain liver area

Does anyone out there experience severe liver area pain, like very pronounced pain. can push on lower ribs on the side and it hurts bad. Hurts when stretching, etc. all labs and scans have come back clean except for a dilated bile duct. Looking for anyone with similar symptoms that have found relief. Currently on oxy 15mg 3x daily and doesn’t touch it. Thanks

Have any investigations been done into potential Sphincter of Oddi Disorder which can follow gall bladder removal and can manifest in dilated bile duct and extreme pain.

Yes. Sadly I’m here because I’ve been seeing doctors and specialists for over a year now. Wasting money, digging myself a huge hole. Was asking in this medical forum in hopes to find someone with a similar situation so I can ask questions and stop hearing the doctors tell me everything looks fine.
