Good day. Has anyone had experience taking magnesium for NAFLD? It’s purported to help improve liver function, help with sleep, fat loss, and halt progression of liver disease. Sounds too good to be true but is it recommended?

Yes, Magnesium Glycinate has been recommended as a sleep aid. I have been using it for about three years. None of the doctors have ever stated that it is a miracle cure for liver disease.
