Starprincess asks, "apart from pills and potions are there any non-meds for helping my detox? I've been told Kale, Cabbage and Blueberries are good along with fresh lemons & apple vinegar. Is this true? Any suggestions please".
Lactulose works too well at times!

Sorry, not an answer to your question but it did make me giggle first thing in the morning! As the question started “starprincess asks” I read the next bit “I’ve been told BY kale, cabbage and blueberries” and thought “oo I’ve never heard from them before??” then realised you were talking actual foods!! 🤣😂😂 sorry, no help but cheered me up! Xx
get weird! Real organic fruits and veggies, unprocessed meat, gogi berries, have fun in the kitchen and dare yourself to not eat a refined carbohydrate for a week and see how you feel!
And if the lactulose isn't enough, prunes and papaya and great, and Colace (OTC here in the US) has been a lifesaver for me, but ck with your specialist first.
