Gall stones and tummy red lumps

Hi I'm new and 3 days ago out of the blue I had a horrendous gallbladder attack I've always suffered with pain in my stomach but managed it with hot water bottles and it always eventually eased off but not this time vomiting intense pain and taken to hospital where they did some blood tests not full work awaiting a scan now to see what's going on but the wait could be long ..my question is for about 6 months before this happened I had been getting what looked like bites across my stomach then they would go and just leave small white lumps the day after my attack they were there again is this to do with gallstones? It looked like insect bites and they were on my lower abdomen I feel totally shocked to be in this situation I am now desperately trying to eat healthy no fat no drinking but I hope it will make some difference that attack was scarey happened about 4 years ago similar symtoms and they put it down to constipation thanks for reading xx
