You should ask your medical team as they will provide an accurate answer, but mine dropped from 130 to 12 and based on my last series of tests, I reversed my NAFLD entirely

Great to read! How did you do it?

I think it must be starting to drink coffee twice a day! But I've def reduced wine time drinking habit too which went awry after some bereavements and major stress but I'm getting another test in couple weeks so will post again. I've also lost 10lbs in weight by literally just eating when I'm hungry and not just cos its a mealtime. Drinking lots of water too.
