Follow up additional tests for elevated ALP

Greetings Everyone! I hope that everyone is enjoying summer of 2021. I went in to see a gastroenterologist today. The doctor was very nice, he listened to all my concerns and answered pretty much all my questions. He ordered some additional testing, I think which is to rule out autoimmune hepatitis. He re-affirmed that I did a good thing by quitting alcohol. I asked him about Fibroscan and he kind of shrugged stating that their results are not very reliable. He said Liver Biopsy is the gold standard. Attached is the list of bloodwork that he ordered for me. It states that fasting is not required but I will still go early without eating anything this week!

Hi idyllic420 did you ever get to the bottom of your elevated ALP? Did you find the fibrosure test to be accurate?
