xanthomas in palms

Hi, i recently noticed xanthomas in my palms. Has nothing to do with cirrhosis? I' m very worried since i had been for years a heavy drinker. i asked a doctor because i had pale stools, pain in the right side and thought i had jaundice both eyes and skin and he said no. but i'm worried sick

I had this and it was not related to my liver problem, turns out it was a reaction to the vitamin D supplement I was taking. Both palms and soles were red and itchy. Worth having a look at any supplements you might be taking?
