28 year old male - severe dry eye - jaundice

Hi, I've been reading lots of articles on here for a while but finally decided to post.

4 months ago I woke up with sudden severe dry eye (literally changed overnight) and then jaundice over the next few days which has been constant since then. Tests for Hep A, B, C, D, E and EBV and CMV all negative.

Slightly elevated ALT, AST and low platelets but everything else normal.

2 months prior I was hospitalised with severe cellulitus bacterial infection but felt fine since.

Ultrasound just showing mild fatty liver (have been losing weight since and cut out all alcohol although only a weekend drinker and rarely binge).

I do have hereditary Gilbert's syndrome but my direct/conjugated bilirubin is over the reference limit too which is not associated with Gilbert's.

As I would consider myself quite young, just wondering if anyone has had anything similar?

On a long waiting list for a Fibroscan so trying not to worry until I have that.

Question what where your platelet count? If you don’t mind sharing?

No problem its just below 125 if that makes sense
