I had an accidental paraceatamol overdose and was treated with NAC a month ago, so I’m really aware of my liver. I haven’t taken more than 8 a day since then, and I don’t drink. Do you think they look yellow? It’s hard for me to tell, depending on the lighting... the yellowish tint is sort of only behind the bloodshot red marks... I don’t know wether they’ve always been like this or if they’re something I should see my doctor about. I had a follow up liver test two weeks after the NAC which came back as borderline and was told to repeat annually if that helps for context

Do you think my eyes are jaundice or am I being paranoid?
Not at all.
Not at all
Nope
I wouldn't say they are yellow and if you were jaundice then your lfts would not have been borderline. I personally would take the results as positive , life healthy for the next year and see if you can improve on them again. I do think 8 paracetamol every day is alot and if i were you then i would be looking at other options.
Wishing you well.
To the untrained eye (pardon the pun) they look fine, however, none of us are qualified to say whether they are or arn't jaundiced and forum rules stipulate that people shouldn't post photos or test results for comment. We can share our experienced view (i.e. folks who have the real experience of looking in a mirror and seeing their yellow eyes and skin & who had a definite diagnosis) but photos are so poorly reproduced on line that we can't see accurately what your eyes are like. Only your doctor can do this, a simple blood test for bilirubin level will say whether or not you have jaundice.
I would certainly try and reduce your paracetemol intake, 8 a day is too many after already having suffered a paracetemol overdose.
Best wishes, Katie
No-one here can diagnose - only a doctor -but they don't look yelow at all!
I would definately say what Tony said
I have sent you a private message.
Please discuss any medical concerns you may have with your own doctors, no one on the forum is medically qualified to assess for jaundice.
Best wishes.

No, your eyes don't look jaundiced to me. Your situation is very familiar to me as I had my liver destroyed by paracetamol, which was prescribed for back pain. I wasn't taking anything like eight a day, but I became jaundiced, very yellow including my finger nails!
You have had one warning, please find another therapy to help you with whatever you are taking paracetamol for, as the path you are on is destroying your liver.
I was lucky I had a liver transplant within two days of becoming jaundiced, you may not be so lucky.
I'd love to have those eyes. I'll swap you!
